Chinese food is usually eaten with chopsticks, from a deeper bowl. The Chinese consider it barbaric to have a knife on the table, because of this the food is prepared in small pieces, ready to be picked and eaten. If you also have a wok, in a few minutes the food is ready and can be served.
- 1 chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon donut paste
- 1 tablespoon spicy curry sauce

RECIPE PREPARATION Chinese chicken breast:
Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
We clean the onion and cut it into scales, we clean the garlic and we cut it into slices.
In a wok put the spoon with oil and chopped onion. Let it simmer.
Add the donut paste, the sliced garlic, the soy sauce, the freshly grated ginger, the curry sauce, the chicken breast and season.
Mix the ingredients and add enough water to cover the chicken breast.
Let it boil covered until the chest boils, about 15 minutes.
Serve the chicken breast with rice.
