RECIPE PREPARATION Ice cream dessert with Oreo:

Mix the whipped cream until you get a sticky foam. Be careful not to mix the cream too much, because it will cut! Add the condensed milk and mix for a few more minutes.

Separately, grind the Oreo biscuits. You can put as much as your heart allows, but try to make it leave you a lot, ha! You can put them in a blender or in a bag and grind them with a hammer to make schnitzels. I like to feel the bigger pieces of Oreo in ice cream, so I chopped them with a knife.

I put food foil in a cake pan and poured the cream. It can also be turned directly into a plastic bowl with a lid.

We leave the ice cream in the freezer overnight, then in the morning we fully enjoy it!

  1. I baked two biscuit trays. While the first tray is in the oven, keep the rest of the dough in the refrigerator before forming other biscuits.
  2. For the vanilla cream I chose to use liquid sweetener instead of erythritol so as not to bother too much with mixing the ingredients until the sweetener melts. You can also use a powder sweetener. If you still want to use granular sweetener, be sure to mix it with the cream cheese until it melts, then add the butter and coconut oil.
  3. Be careful not to burn the biscuits in the oven. Being black, it is very easy to not realize when they are ready and to leave them too much. You can try with a cookie beforehand to know what is the required baking time (which varies depending on the oven).
  4. Before serving, it is important to leave the biscuits in the pan for a few hours in the fridge. In this way the cream hardens, and the biscuits are crispy and very delicious.
